Only the tourist visa (T-B3) can be obtained as an eVisa, with a 30-day stay permit from arrival and validity of 60 days after the approval letter.1 The Lao eVisa fee calculator gives a total of USD 50.00 for a United States passport.2 An eVisa is processed within 3 working days after the complete application and full fee are received, if the information meets the criteria; otherwise it may take longer.3
